Project Co-ordinator II(s) (Grants Management) (carrying the job title of 'Research Grants Officer')
The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) administering various external research funding schemes and awards; (b) liaising with internal departments and external bodies; (c) compiling statistical reports; and (d) supporting various promotional events.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in higher education institutions or public organisations; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; (v) self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; and (vi) a high level of computer literacy and knowledge of software applications.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
