    To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as Assistant Manager, Wholesale Banknotes Operations in Operations Department.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle day-to-day banknotes operation
    • Assist in drafting policies and procedures that is consistent with regulatory and Bank requirements
    • Formulate, drive and implement process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Participate in new product or system upgrade projects and supports system testing and UAT as required
    • Attend to customers and other stakeholders' enquiries promptly and diligently in matters related to banknotes trade settlement
    • Assist supervisor to identify and control gaps in the end-to-end process
    • Perform cash counting and collection during peak season when necessary
    • Participate in ad-hoc and any other job related tasks as required and directed by supervisor

    Job Requirements

    • Associate degree/Higher diploma or above with minimum 1 year in banking industry, ideally with exposure in banknotes operation management
    • Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of accuracy
    • High sense of responsibility, willing to accept challenges and be independent
    • Knowledge and experience in cash processing will be an added advantage
    • Experience in operational risk is an advantage
    • Detail conscious with strong customer service sense and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
