- A university degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
- A minimum of five years of experience in brand management, marketing or advertising in a sizable organisation. Marketing agency or consultancy experience also desired.
- An established track record in developing communication channel projects for world- class organisations.
- Experience in branding or marketing in Mainland market.
- Skills in branding, marketing & communications project and account management.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage.

The Department
Our Member Experience Marketing Department is to enhance Membership Value Proposition, drive member engagement and attract target member groups through targeted lifestyle programming and holistic marketing communications. We develop strategic lifestyle programming & experiences focusing on Member' passion points at the Clubhouses and Racecourse to emotionally engage members with the Club & each other. Engage Members through sophisticated marketing communications content and channels to promote our Membership Value Proposition and a full range of differentiated lifestyle programs.
The Job
1. Be responsible to plan and execute strategic (passion point) brand programming within the organization.
2. To coordinate with subject matter experts across various business units and has ownership for the development process of scalable programming that appeals to distinct Member segments elevating the positioning of the Club.
3. To support the development of detailed content briefs for the Member Marketing Campaign Organization to develop requires brand, visual identity and narrative for each brand program.
4. To coordinate with the Marketing Channels & Communication Organization to develop appropriate channel solutions for each programs.
5. To coordinate with Marketing Programme Organization and provides guidance that supports the execution of brand specific programming at each respective Business Unit.
6. To provide insight to Marketing Programme Organization and Business Unit Operators on the direction of the Club in the space of the relevant passion point to drive alignment.
7. Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
