Major Duties: (a) To provide technical support to teaching activities and events such as webinars, live streaming and online meetings, etc; (b) To monitor and maintain the server and edit website and system; (c) To assist in setting up and maintaining PC hardware & software and related equipment; and (d) To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables
Requirements : (a) (i)
A recognised higher diploma in Business / IT / Computing or relevant discipline, plus 1 year's relevant work experience; OR (ii) A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Business / IT / Computing or relevant discipline, plus at least 2 years' relevant work experience; (b) Proficiency in photographic equipment and studio equipment applications; (c) Capable to administrate Windows Server; (d) Good knowledge and skills in the following areas will be an advantage:
(i) Editing website and web programming using languages such as PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SQL and HTML5; (ii) Supporting video conference, webinar and live streaming; (e) Strong initiative, ability to work independently and be a good team player; and (f) Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
