- Develop and uphold content and editorial standards: Support Head, Change Management to enhance reporting and communication standards within Technology by setting content guidelines and editorial standards and supporting teams with familiarization and trainings.
- Content Development: Support Head, Change Management in the creation of high-impact content, including presentations, newsletters, and training materials, to support key stakeholders in driving technology change initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support Head, Change Management to engage with tech teams, local business units, and end users to ensure change initiatives are clearly communicated and understood.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans for change initiatives.
- Expertise in creating a variety of change-related content, including presentations and newsletters.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring clear communication and understanding of change initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to manage enterprise-wide communication and engaging diverse audiences.
