- Arranging agency management meetings including scheduling, logistics arrangement, collecting material from various departments, writing minutes and filing
- Digital tools management, e.g. Agency Google Workspace, e-business card, various communications platforms, event management tools etc.
- Initiate, promote and execute paperless projects
- Handle industry awards competition and events
- Support all agency events, agency recognitions and prepare marketing materials
- Prepare presentation material for meetings and events
- Complete ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor holder preferred in Marketing and Communications
- Over 6 years related experience at agency distribution or marketing or communications
- Good writing skills in Chinese
- Presentable, agile and good event management skills
- Responsible and be able to working independently
