About the Position
We are in search of individuals eager to utilize their technical, organizational, and communication skills in an immersive and fast-paced setting to join our Trading Desk Operations Engineer (TDOE) team. As a TDOE intern, you will play a key role in the firm's success by assisting in the construction and maintenance of desk infrastructure that facilitates the trading of numerous financial products across multiple venues globally.
TDOE Interns have diverse responsibilities, including overseeing the operational aspects of the trading desk's activities and collaborating with different teams within the firm to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our tasks. Alongside full-time TDOE members, you will participate in projects such as:
Throughout the internship, you will engage in real-world projects that expose you to the array of issues we tackle daily. As you familiarize yourself with the desk's daily operations, you will grasp the trading and settlement process flow as well as the regulatory and operational aspects involved in each phase.
Our trading desks serve as the core of our collaborative workspace, and we believe that the most effective approach to integrating interns is through hands-on, interactive methods. Your role will involve leveraging technical coding, organizational expertise, and collaborative problem-solving to aid the broader TDOE team's efforts.
