- Perform daytoday accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain records of investment transactions, including portfolio valuations and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with SFC FRR and other regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and review of fund performance reports and investor statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts.
- Maintain and update accounting records using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the asset management or audit sector.
- Strong knowledge of SFC FRR and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA will be considered a plus.
