- Review invoices and process in SAP vendor invoicing management system as per defined timeline and make sure the correct cost center and general ledger account is selected.
- Support the launch of automatic vendor creation.
- Verify the vendor creation with supporting documentation.
- Prepare payment as per timeline. Check the supporting document to ensure that they in line with compliance policies. Answer vendor enquiries from vendor on payment status.
- Bank clearing, reconciliation and bank statement download and filing.
- Review staff reimbursement submission against supporting and group travel and entertainment policies.
- Montior the A/R balance.
- Post A/R clearing and IC overdue follow up.
- Do the process journal entries and support other closing tasks such revaluation run, deprecation run, prepayment amoritisation, provision etc.
- Perform IC transaction reconciliation.
- Participate in cashflow forecast.
- Prepare management reports.
- Post cost center cost allocation.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation monthly.
- Support annual package.
- Support annual statutory audit.
- Support Ad hoc projects.
- You have a BS Degree in Accounting.
- You speak English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
- You have 3-5 years' experience in accounting.
- You are familiar with SAP.
- You have strong presentation skills.
- You are a Team Player and you have analytical and communications skills.

The Mission of FSSC APAC is to establish a world class Finance & Accounting Shared Services organization whose accuracy, timeliness and completeness can be relied upon every time by the 11 entities we support throughout APAC region. Our footprint includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
We are looking for an Accountant who will be working with Singapore and Thailand, mainly. You are expected to deliver best in class accounting support to the organization to ensure accurate and timely data is made available and deadlines are adhering to. You will be responsible for daily accounting and month-end closing including invoice posting, payment, bank reconciliation, entries, revaluation etc. The accountant is expected to be responsible for payment status enquires handling from vendor and staff. The accountant is also responsible to ensure compliance of group policy in invoice approval, payment authorization and staff reimbursement. Involvement is also required if there is any new ad hoc project and company initiatives.
