- Technical authoring (reports, templates, presentation, etc.)
- Support proposal preparation
- Undertake research
- Project document management
- Min. 3 years cost management consulting experience in the construction industry
- Generalist and quick leaner
- Confident, proactive and self-motivated
- Flexible, organized, diligent and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Good at Visio, PowerBI, Tableau, Miro, etc. is an advantage
