- 5 years' experience of technical Business Analysis / experience as a technical Business Analyst within Banking or Fintech
- Expert experience in Excel and data analysis including modelling and lookups
- Knowledge of Client Reporting processes is a plus
- Experience of SQL / Java is a plus
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Good presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
