Responsibilities:
Work closely with first line control functions to conduct quality assurance, thematic review and control testing
- Ensure adherence to local and group requirements
- Manage operational risk topics with respective Business Units and Support functions
- Coordinate auditor reviews for first line of defence, and follow-up on audit recommendations when required
- Coordinate with Service Managers on vendor selection, assessment and certification processes
Maintain up-to-date information on service inventory, implement necessary controls required
Responsibilities:
- University degree or equivalent qualifications
- 7+ years relevant experience in the Banking industry, preferably in risk and controlfunctions
- A strong risk and control mindset
Ability to identify problems and seek practical solutions
- Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel to mainland China
