- Ensure a smooth and efficient underwriting process for Group Life and Group Medical coverage.
- Responsible for notifying members about underwriting requirements, addressing inquiries related to underwriting, tracking cases that need reminders, and reviewing and approving cases based on the Medical Underwriting guidelines and Authority limits.
- Your role also involves monitoring daily processes to streamline the medical underwriting workflow, collaborating with different departments to resolve operational issues and enhance turnaround time, accuracy, and consistency in line with company's operational requirements and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for periodically reviewing and updating the Employee Benefits Underwriting manual for Group Life and Group Medical coverage. Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Health insurance
- Possess medical and underwriting knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
