    Key responsibilities

  • Promote key products and services to current and potential clients in public and private sectors to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and thus achieve sales target
  • Convert market and business intelligence to help develop sales and marketing strategies of existing and upcoming new products
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients
  • Case support in OT room is required
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth
  • Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business Administration or any life science related disciplines
  • 4 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record within medical device industry; Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Medical Sales Representatives
  • Solid knowledge of medical equipment, devices, and solutions, including vascular/ imaging/ interventional products
  • Strong physician network would be an advantage
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and independent
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fresh graduates with great passion are also welcome to apply
