- A member of Hong Kong Leadership team, he/she is accountability for the market BU P&L, manage inventory, cost of goods and supply chain budget to balance commercial and supply chain requirements.
- Lead the HK Market Customer Supply Chain Transformation and collaborate with the whole BU for shaping supply chain of the future, driving optimization projects across markets, directly accountable and responsible for the three functions elements of Demand and Supply Planning, Warehouse and Distributions, and Customer service.
- Drive and lead the team as well as work with other internal stakeholders with an ability to take the complex issues not limited to Supply Chain, but consider the dynamic business change as a whole, articulate them simply to others within the team and across the organization.
- Facilitate sessions with business owners to create operations models experiments with a strong set of hypotheses to be tested and measurable performance improvement targets.
- Build solutions from scratch, working collaboratively and with data, pulling internal and external resources with using advanced analytics and technology to solve complex Supply Chain problems.
- Develop high performance team, engage and drive the team to manage end-to-end supply chain operations to support business growth and ensure business continuity.
- University degree and graduate qualifications in a relevant field or area of discipline, MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years working experience, which 5 years + leading a department with team size not less than 5
- Prior experience in commercial will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skill with different levels of counterparts, internal and external stakeholders
- High standards on team performance, have knowledge on quality and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
