- Manage the global data center service delivery process to ensure the quality of service delivery and completion time.
- Handle multi-site and/or complex and sometimes multi-regional customer deployments. Leading new and existing customer installations, working cross-functionally to deliver defined services in the agreed upon timeframe and according to client expectations. Developing deployment schedules and plans and implementing according to those plans through to completion. Conducting regularly scheduled customer meetings, internal partner meetings and supplier meetings.
- Vendor management and procurement responsibilities including, but not limited to, managing vendor relationships, working with vendors on product quotes, confirming all products and services have been delivered prior to invoice payment approval, and reviewing and confirming the services covered in monthly invoices.
- Support sales team in technical pre-sales solutions
- Independently respond to multi-site/regional RFI/P/Q as requested by sales representative, collecting and consolidating information for the larger team to use in responding.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Network and/or IT preferred or above
- 5+ years in Presales / Consulting / Project Management / customer facing in colocation company and data center is highly preferred. Experiences in data center colocation electrical, mechanical, data hall fitting out, telecommunications, networking, internet, data security, high tech facilities or related industry preferred.
- Solid experience on data center presales and/or partnership with service providers
- ITIL & PMP certified professional preferred but not essential
