- Managing the project implementation activities and liaise with different stakeholders to define project scope, specifications, timeline and allocate resources
- Monitor the project schedule and update the progress to IT Director
- Lead and manage a small team of Business Analysis team
- Manages project scope and maintains budgetary controls
- Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements ideas to achieve business results
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Helps resolve issues and manages change requests, change control and approval of changes
- Degree or above holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
- Solid ERP Project Management experience, good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Has Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O software implementation experience a plus.
- People has some technical knowledge in .net / X++/ SQL is a plus, but NOT a must.
- Creative problem solver with practical, solution focused approach.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English; Chinese and Putonghua
