- Assist seasonal and daily event costume production work
- Liaise different supplier for the sourcing / ordering for costumes
- Responsible on providing good quality costume for all the event & daily entertainment
- Coordinate with different parties to compile the make-up/ rehearsal/ fitting schedule
- Assist on costume laundry arrangement
- Responsible for conducting safety site check and report to the in charge supervisor
- Responsible for inventory check & stock taking on all the existing & new costume
- Responsible & monitor dressers for all set up & strike out also the inventory work of the costume & props afterward each event
- Assist other work for Wardrobe as assigned by manager / supervisor
- At least 1 year working experience as the event assistant role in theatre/ entertainment industry/ customer services experience in hospitality industry
- Familiar with Ocean Park festive events / fashion or costume making knowledge background is preferred
- Good communication skill & English speaking
- Willing to work in shift duty, weekend & public holidays
- Able to work and supervise different contractors / suppliers
