- Establish and maintain working relationship with client, architects, government authorities, builders and other relevant external parties to promote the company image, products and services
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure the quality services provided to clients including submission schedules, drawings, materials & samples, installation programs, EHS & quality plans and etc.
- Coordinate with external departments & factories regarding delivery of overseas/local materials
- Follow up short shipment & wrong shipment and issue quality report to factories
- Check the field costs charged to contract (including variation order expenses, delayed sales cost and direct expenses) for the projects
- Plan available resources effectively to ensure the installation projects are running smoothly on time and within budget
- Identify risks and opportunities of major tenders to ensure smooth operations and better variation order opportunities
- Co-ordinate with staff of other sections for field technical support
- Attend tender interview with the sales team when required
- Monitor the work standards against contractual requirements, follows up the workmanship of job done by sub-contractors
- Ensure a safe working environment by site inspection and by enforcing safety disciplines
- Keep abreast with local regulations to ensure that field practices are in line with codes and requirements
- Encourage employees and sub-contractors to comply safety requirement, conduct safety audits
- Create and foster a culture of business practices, instills an awareness of and commitment to the Company's code of ethics and performs responsibilities in compliance with the code
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- At least 10 years' working experience, of which 5 years are related to project management; experience in lift industry is preferred
- Professional, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer
