- Meet and exceed assigned activity targets
- Make proactive outbound calls to customer leads and encourage them to open various types of bank accounts, such as securities/investment, VIP Banking, YOU Banking
- Ensure activation of securities/investment accounts by guiding customers to make their first investment transaction
- Hand over successfully activated accounts to the Sky RM units for further management
- Promote other eco-friendly products as instructed by the Bank and provide sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate records using the branch systems
- Represent the Bank's brand and image professionally, and interact courteously with customers
- Address customer inquiries and offer relevant services within your capacity, redirecting inquiries beyond your scope to the appropriate parties
- Participate in localized or off-site promotional events
- University degree or equivalent, with 1 year or secondary education with 2 years' frontline customer service experience in the banking sector
- Successfully passed HKSI papers 1, 7 & 8; holding IIQE papers 1, 2 & 3 is advantageous
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
