Job Posting DetailsHKUST's School of Engineering () is recruiting an Assistant Student Wellness Manager to support student well-being.
Assisting the Student Wellness Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs for Engineering students, this role is responsible for identifying wellness needs, coordinating initiatives, creating a supportive and inclusive environment, and working in close collaboration with academic departments, non-academic offices and external organizations to enhance student life and deliver effective wellness services.
The appointee will also contribute to program development by designing tailored activities, supporting learning programs and engaging faculty and staff.
In crisis situations, the appointee will provide emotional support, develop intervention protocols and facilitate referrals.Data management and evaluation, including collecting and analyzing program data, maintaining records and contributing to program assessment, are also the key aspects of the role.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree preferably in psychology, counseling, social work, education or a related field, and at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Student Wellness Officer
(Duration:
2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
