- Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, record fault symptom and prepare report
- Monitor existing Networking system, network status and performance
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches and configurations
- Deliver network projects and negotiate with vendors to meet business demands
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved
- Prepare Test Plan, conduct test and produce test report for network deployment project
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experiences
- Knowledge in IP and MPLS routing, VPN and Load Balancing
- Well-organized, proactive and with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Occasional travel is required
