- Be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil or Environmental Engineering Discipline) or equivalent;
- Have a minimum years' relevant working experience (depends on the applied post);
- Have project management experience in delivering Hong Kong SAR Government projects;
- Have design experience in drainage, sewerage, water supply and/or utilities engineering;
- Have a good command of written and spoken English;
- Have hydraulic and BIM modelling skills would be an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Principal Engineer
