- Manage service job including quotation, booking, execution, customer service, technical support, etc.
- Manage project job including cost estimation, quotation, tender submission, booking, execution, procurement, test & commission, payment application, handover, etc.
- Communicate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to maintain good customer relationships and for project delivery.
- Develop sustainable service growth strategy.
- Maintain effective communications with customers and field team members for better service needs.
- Develop diverse product knowledge and perform diagnostic procedures.
- Analyze and interpret information to resolve design/system related problems.
- Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
- Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience is preferred.
