- Provide full administrative support to Associate Provost (Student Life), including vetting documents submitted by line offices and internal departments;
- Provide secretarial support for the committees under the Student Life Team of the Office and serve the working groups and other committees;
- Monitor and evaluate the development and continuous enhancement of student programmes and the online central repository, e.g. the Student Discipline System, CRESDA, etc.;
- Perform data analytics for student development programmes and prepare reports for the Office;
- Liaise with line offices on the implementation and development of the student development programmes;
- Be responsible for Elder Academy matters, space planning related matters, and office events;
- Work on special projects as assigned by Associate Provosts (if required); and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years' relevant administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or sizeable organisations;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, and computer literacy;
- Good critical and analytical skills with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving;
- Being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility with initiatives, self-motivated and attentive to details; and
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure are required.
