- Cultivate and deepen key client relationships across Institutional and High Net Worth/ Strategic investors
- Identify market opportunities, provide investment advice and recommendation to clients based on their investment objectives and risk parameters
- Collaborate closely with regional trading, structuring and research teams
- Liaise with internal stakeholders: credit, market risk, legal and compliance in delivering a workable solution
- Gather market intelligence related to product innovations and competitive landscape
- In-depth knowledge of equity derivatives, share financing, and hedging strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and market participants
- Track record in originating complex transactions, technical familiarity with various legal documentations
- Understanding of applicable regulatory issues and general regulatory landscape
- Self-motivated in identifying business opportunities, market windows and coverage gaps
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to overcome difficulties and obstacles
