Term Research Assistant I/II - Hong Kong, 香港 - Vocational Training Council

Major Duties: The appointee will support the Principal (PI) to conduct a research in techno-economic evaluation of hydrogen storage materials. He/she will assist in literature review, patent search and prior arts analysis. He/she will also be responsible for conducting sensitivity analyses of power-to-hydrogen processes, and perform other research duties as assigned by the PI.
Requirements : For the post of Term Research Assistant I, applicants should have a recognised Master's degree in sustainability, environment engineering and management, chemistry, or related disciplines; or a recognised degree in related disciplines with relevant work experience; or equivalent. For the post of Term Research Assistant II, applicants should have a recognised sub-degree in sustainability, environment engineering and management, chemistry, or related disciplines; or equivalent level of study. Applicants should have research experience in sustainability research and/or economic analysis. He/she should also have good interpersonal skills, as well as proficient communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Notes : (1) Candidates may be appointed on temporary or part-time employment. (2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary. (3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. (4) The appointee will work on Tsing Yi Campus.
