- Responsible for daily insurance payment operation, month-end & year-end payable deliverables, year-end accrual exercise and account reconciliations under payment function.
- Handling daily enquiries from internal stakeholders on payment status and other payment handling arrangement
- Support in payment project implementation, participate in user acceptance tests and provide post-implementation supports, other ad-hoc tasks like prepare audit materials.
- Prepare audit materials and coordination.
- Provide other related supports
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Accounting/ Finance or relating discipline.
- Solid accounting experience with focus on Finance Operations and Accounting ledger with 2 years supervisory experience preferably gained from financial industry.
- Knowledge in IFRS 17 is an advantage.
- Solid experience in UAT support including preparation of test plan, test cases and test reports.
- Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in SUN, SAP is an advantage.
- Good communication and analysis skills, fluent in English and Chinese,
- Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills. independent and under tight deadlines.
