- Assisting the department with project incubation, data collection, and revision to ensure timely delivery for RAE 2026
- Translating course materials
- Collecting project feedback through qualitative and quantitative methods
- Carrying out the project's promotional effort on various social media platforms, especially in Mainland China
- Assisting the project team in preparing reports and analysis of RAE-related data
- Performing other duties as assigned, including but not limited to events coordination, liaison with guest speakers and external assessors
- A recognized associate degree or equivalent
- Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Experience with online promotions and marketing campaigns for the Chinese market is an advantage
- Be proficient in computer application including Chinese word processing
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
