- Responsible for Data Engineering of Data Lake and Data Warehouse;
- Manage all project related budgets and costs (internal and external) and verify the costs spent in project execution as budgeted;
- Build enterprise Big Data Analytics and AI blueprint and collaborate with business users across the organization to assess their needs and define analytical strategy to support Data Processing for core banking data to support Digital Transformation. Automating and productizing advanced big data transformation and analytics pipelines;
- Develop Cloud Data Lake, Data Modelling and build Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes;
- Assist the evaluation, selection and implementation of tools for data integration and analytics;
- Build Real Time integration capabilities from data source and analytic platform to customer touchpoints;
- Build Data Governance capabilities and work with Data Scientist and Data Analyst;
- Collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including data scientists, marketers, finance, technical expertise; Requirements
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines or equivalent;
- Preferable over 8 years' experience in system development;
- Experience in Big data, Cloud technologies and DaaS is an advantage;
- Good knowledge in RDBMS, NoSQL is a plus;
- Strong leadership, embracing changes, fast learners with ability to work in a collaborative environment;
- Effective communication is a must to work with Data Scientists and Business Users;
- Strong oral and written presentation in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus;
- Experience in conducting Business and System Analysis with strong business acumen;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
