- Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, leisure management, business administration, training or other relevant discipline
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in the customer service industry and practical experience of delivery training
- Attention to detail and ability to provide general administrative support to the department
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and creative thinking skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), preferably with knowledge in E-learning software applications
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, willing to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to work on the weekends occasionally

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, delivering and organizing training courses and will oversee day-to-day clerical and administrative support of the department. S/he will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, staff incentive programs, as well as ad hoc duties as assigned.
