- Work with a team of educators and professionals on various projects to enhance teaching and learning at the University
- Website design, enhancement and support for teaching and learning purposes
- Provide technical support for user training or workshops, multimedia production and maintain style guides for Lingnan branding
- Support various key initiatives including but not limited to the online Plagiarism and mid-term CTLE
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director/supervisor(s)
- A recognised degree from a tertiary institution, preferably with Computer Science, AI, or technology-related background and at least one year's experience
- Associate degree holders with relevant equivalent experience will also be considered
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua languages
- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence for identifying user requirements and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet multiple concomitant deadlines
- Good working attitude with willingness to learn

ResponsibilitiesRequirements
New technologies such as AI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and ChatGPT or higher;
Programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, HTML, etc.;
Experience of application support for Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and eLearning IT Application development and Quality Assurance Processes, etc.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
