- Act as a primary contact point to the fund manager for investor related information.
- Act as a contact point for fund investors.
- All communication with investors and fund managers must be professional and compliant with the Firm's communication policies.
- Ensure that procedures, policies, and processes are adhered to.
- Gain an understanding of all funds across the team in order to provide coverage when required.
- Ensure client month-end deliverables are being met.
- Provide money movement notification to the client (s) and prepare wire instructions for money movements for investor activity.
- Assist with the distribution of investor reporting such as statements, contract notes, offering documents, K1's, PFIC's, month end estimates.
- Collaborate with IS operations team to assist with order related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, compliance, accounting to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in the onboarding process of new clients.
- Be an active participant in client meetings.
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients, to improve efficiency, or to reduce risk.
- Ensure an awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls at all times.
- Ensure that line management are made aware of any client or operational issues in a timely manner. This will include escalating for action as well as escalating for information.
- Be an established point of contact with client IS contact.
- Identifying system enhancements that reduce operational risk, create operational efficiency, or improve customer service.
- Work on projects /Ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a hedge fund administration firm with experience in all aspects of the role of an Investor Services Administrator. Alternative experience may be considered.
- An aptitude for client service.
- Good administrative and organisational skills with a particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- An ability to work under pressure and an ability to cope with increased workloads at month-end.
- Demonstrate team player qualities within the investor services team. An ability to work as part of a global team.
- An ability to use key financial systems and other IT tools.
- A strong knowledge of the core processing and reporting functions.
- Ability to Communicate in Mandurian.
- Knowledge of hedge fund processing is a strong advantage.
- A third level qualification / college degree – preferably in a business or numerical discipline.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role
The Client Connectivity Services group is looking to recruit a FIX on-boarding engineer to join a team of people who will do the technical implementation for new electronic trading customers via FIX protocol/Migrate existing client FIX connections to different regions in Asia. Included asset classes are Equities, Futures, Options, and FX. Role involves cross team communication to translate and integrate client functional demands into existing FIX Product offering and Level 2 production support when required.
