- To handle payment requests (including claims vetting) on approved donation projects to ensure good use of Trust donation to achieve expected project scope and according to budget in a timely and effective manner.
- To support the maintenance of donations data and projects' records keeping in the charities system.
- To support project monitoring on its progress and deliverables through service visits.
- To support ad hoc assignments from superior.
- A university degree or equivalent and major in accounting or financial related subject would be an advantage.
- 3 - 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in accounting / audit, with exposure to NGOs, Government, or public and social service sectors
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills and language proficiency (both English and Chinese)
- Good people management skills in leading and interacting with various stakeholders internal and external
- Ability to effectively manage multi-tasks and work under pressure
