  • Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) on providing technical support service
  • Application Support
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred
  • 2 years+ of IT working experience in application support / development/programming
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
  • Deskside / Helpdesk Support
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 0.5 - 2 years working experience in IT Industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
