- Assist in planning and executing annual employee engagement and wellbeing programs and activities
- Coordinate cultural initiatives and campaigns within the organization to ensure that our employees connect with and understand the company's purpose and values
- Contribute to company-wide communications of culture and engagement initiatives via various channels in a timely manner
- Provide support for key company events such as the annual town hall, large-scale staff events, and regular leadership forums
- Support the implementation of projects and campaigns aimed at enhancing digital employee experience
- Assist in Employer Branding initiatives, including but not limited to career fairs, industry awards applications, and internship programs in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team
- Provide administrative and logistical support for various Culture & Engagement activities Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or similar roles; Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Strong passion for fostering organizational culture, employee engagement and wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion in the workplace
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Confident in working independently and being a team-player
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
