- Report to Head Office on site matters and coordinate with Head Office project/design team on quality and technical issues;
- Carry out site inspections to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and requirements and the workmanship/quality are up to standard;
- Assist the Resident Architect on technical issues and quality control on site, and issue site memos and documents as required;
- Act as TCP T3 under AP stream as required by BD, monitor construction programme and works progress, and construction supervision;
- Attend site meetings and issue regular site reports;
- Coordinate with the rest of the site RSS team including resident architect, engineers, BSI, COW;
- Interface with User's/Client's representatives on site.
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from HK Polytechnic University/ HK Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
- Qualification as TCP T3 under AP stream recognized by BD;
- Minimum 8 years' post-graduate relevant site experience in construction works and supervision;
- Experience as Clerk of Works preferable.
