- Perform online financial/ loan account maintenance
- Process daily loan transactions e.g. mortgage instruction, facility preparation, loan documentation checking, loan account maintenance, title deeds monitoring etc.
- Act as custodian on collateral documents / monetary instruments
- Prepare statistical reports
- Perform day end reconciliation
- Perform filing and mailing
- Perform documents / transaction vouchers scanning and filing
- Assist in system enhancement and user acceptance test
- Take up ad hoc assignment as requested Requirements:
- Completion of DSE or HKCEE
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Able to perform computer input for English & Chinese
- Good communication skills
- PC knowledge
