- Provide legal advice and services in various areas of corporate law, including capital markets, M&A, and other corporate matters.
- Collaborate with senior associates and partners to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
- Law degree from a top ranked university in China.
- 2-3+ years of experience in an International law firm in Hong Kong.
- Solid experience in capital markets, M&A, or corporate law.
- LLM degree from a university in Hong Kong is advantageous.
- Senior paralegals are also welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
