- Support our Finance Department in managing full payroll cycle for all Hong Kong and Macau employees
- Coordinate data collection; review and administrate Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) enrollment, contribution, termination and associated process to ensure accurate and timely payment to trustee
- Handle employees' tax filing
- Work closely with internal and external parties to address compensation related questions
- Maintain up-to-date staff records in HR database
- Perform general HR operations duties including preparation of employment certification letters, background check, work visa renewal, vendor payment etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sizable company
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Regulations, and other HR related laws
- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and well-organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task under tight timeline
- Proficiency in HRIS is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
