- Process the Paper and Electronic clearing , CCASS and FINI transactions compliant with internal policies and local regulatory requirements;
- Perform checker and supervisor role for Paper & Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI transactions to check and reconcile relevant documents, vouchers, reports to ensure accuracy and completion within service standard;
- Monitor the proper status of all activities in the Department and prepare regular and ad hoc management report to superior;
- Lead the administration, processing and operations in the Department to ensure compliance with established procedure;
- Assist with regulatory and ad hoc projects as assigned;
- Perform back-up function to Operations Support teams.
- Degree holder or above;
- At least 5 years banking experience with 2 years supervisory level, preferably in operations with emphasis on centralized processing and management function;
- Experience in Branch operations is an advantage;
- Able to work independently and under pressure ;
- Good PC knowledge ;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Self-motivated with analytical mind
