- Plans, organizes, directs and controls all resources related to mechanical / Electrical Instrumentation maintenance, repair and modification work of the facilities.
- Manage in-house maintenance team & contractor to carry out routine repair and preventive works according to schedules and work orders requests.
- Wok closely with dept heads & other teammates to prevent equipment breakdown, maximize equipment and facility lifetime, minimize equipment and facility operating and maintenance costs and ensure safe operation of all mechanical /Electrical instrumentation equipment and facilities.
- Provide technical support & advice to maintenance teams on carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in the maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget
- Prepare CMMS record, technical and maintenance reports
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 7 years' experience in mechanical systems / equipment operation and maintenance with minimum of 3 years' experiences at supervisory level
- Leading skill to manage maintenance team and subcontractors to conduct various maintenance tasks
- Working experience in power plant was preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Well-versed in AutoCad and MS office
- Good command of spoken & written English
