- Prospect company bank partner's clients and explore their commercial insurance needs to develop effective solutions and achieve business targets
- Build relationship with and provide coaching to company bank partner's relationship managers to solicit general insurance business
- Work closely with underwriters to provide professional commercial insurance service
- To assist in ad-hoc duties when required
- Bachelor's degree or above with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in commercial insurance preferably with underwriting knowledge
- Sales oriented, passionate, can-do manner with strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Commercial Insurance Relationship Manager post
