- Responsible for the complex liability and property claims
- Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives
- Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios
- Orgranize customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides
- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks if necessary and also other ad hoc tasks
- Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.
- Compliance with customer protocols/service charter
- 4 years or above experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management skill
- Preferably Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
- Achieved recognised industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF)
- Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims handling
- Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims with good customer service skill is a must
- Technical knowledge of products and services
- Technical claims handling knowledge of Liability and Property Insurance products
- Understand local legislation and legal liability
- Understand industry standards and protocol
- Knowledge of claims agreements
- Interpretation of policy over Knowledge and application of the litigation process
- Solid experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process.
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Data analytical skill is preferred
