- Be responsible for the central coordination and successful deployment of Client Implementation / Integration Strategy, Structure, Resourcing and Training
- Be responsible for the central management of Client Implementation and Integration Business Performance, Monitoring, and Support
- Facilitate the Best Practice Sharing for Continuous Improvement to meet best in class standard
- Be the primary interface to the Global Client Implementation and Integration, ASP Business Management, Sales Practice Management and Product Business Management teams regarding on all the MI related asks
- Support local markets in driving their management meeting with a consistent set of MI pack
- Support and manage local markets in delivery of the underlying key revenue drivers
- Engage with Global Businesses to contribute to GPS' bottom line
- Support and deliver the training strategy and initiatives in Asia
- Assist to build, motivate, develop and retain a dynamic ASP GPS Client Implementation and Integration team to deliver business objectives in a sustainable manner
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring Requirements
- University graduate with solid experience in cash management and front line experience
- Holder of the Certificate of International Cash Management preferred
- Exposure and experience in the Implementation and Integration roles will be an added advantage
- Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis and work with different departments globally
- Strong analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence and team player
- Ability to formulate strategies with strong execution and experience in driving process improvement and alignment
- Ability to cope with pressure in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment
- Highly motivated self-starter, achievement driven, and a strong team-player with the ability to think strategically and develop cohesive working relationships with business partners
- Fluency in both written and verbal English with additional proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
- Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Principal Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a candidate with proven accomplishments to join the Global Payments Solutions in Hong Kong (ASP GPS) in the role of Senior Client Implementation Manager – Regional ASP GPS to support the Regional Head of Client Implementation & Integration (ASP GPS) to achieve the following:
Manage, lead and drive the Client Implementation / Integration function within HSBC's Global Payments Solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Establish the strategic direction for the Client Implementation / Integration function across Asia Pacific, which will be aligned with the global direction to travel.
Position HSBC as a key differentiator in addition to achieving maximum profitability / growth, driving for the highest risk standards, whilst driving towards a positive client experience.
