- Collaborate with clients on diverse insurance matters, from minor incidents to significant, intricate cases.
- Manage a variety of business-related legal disputes, extensive global arbitrations, and conflicts involving contract violations, territorial disagreements, enforcement, and recoveries.
- Provide counsel on insurance protection for professional liability, financial sectors, construction insurance, and considerable Warranty and Indemnity cases.
- Offer guidance on related regulatory and compliance matters.
- Provide counsel on professional malpractice lawsuits.
- A Hong Kong qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualified experience in insurance litigation and general corporate matters. Qualifications in other jurisdictions such as England & Wales would be an asset.
- High proficiency in English and Cantonese, business level Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience in a recognized commercial law firm.
- Experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration with a focus on insurance is preferred.
- Experience with non-contentious insurance litigation experience.
- Experience in advising on cross-border insurance disputes is a plus.
