    Responsibilities

    • Contract Period: Ends on December 31, 2024
    • Handling staff recruitment related administrative matters and coordination within the Aquatic Operation Department
    • Tasks include managing staff data, lifeguard license validity check, and Kronos timecard input
    • Coordinating recruitment logistics such as swim tests/career talks, consolidating work hours data, preparing name lists, attendance records, staff signing records, and other operational documents

    Requirements

    • Post-Secondary Education or higher
    • 2 years of administration/clerical work experience
    • Proficient in computer skills, especially in MS Office
    • Fluency in English and Chinese - both verbal and written
    • Self-disciplined with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Responsible, pleasant, meticulous, and attentive to details
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
