    Responsibilities

    Contract Period: End at 31 December 2024

    He/She will be handling staff recruitment related administrative matters and coordination works within the Aquatic Operation Department. Tasks include handling staff data, lifeguard license validity check and Kronos timecard input. Coordinating recruitment logistics include swim test/career talks arrangement, consolidating work hours data, prepare name lists, attendance records, staff signing records and other operational documents.

    Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education or above
  • 2 years of administration/ clerical work experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office
  • Able to speak and write English and Chinese
  • Self-disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Responsible, pleasant, meticulous and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
