- Assist the team on the implementing Bank wide end to end Data Solutions & Strategies that can generate measurable benefits for the Bank
- Responsible for data collection and data engineering for customer analytics and predictive modelling, develop predictive models to improve sales leads quality thus up lift revenue for the Bank
- Assist in establishing the governance and quality standards for the bank's data management, aimed at strengthening the bank's competitiveness and improve customer experience through the use of data assets Identify business opportunities and support growth strategy and management decision with data insights Requirements
- University students in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Decision Science, Data Science or in relevant disciplines;
- Knowledge in data management and analysis;
- Knowledge in data preparation (e.g. SQL) and data product development;
- Knowledge in data visualization using Tableau or similar visualization tools;
- Sound database knowledge;
- Statistical techniques, data modeling, data science, machine learning, analytics is an advantage;
- Cloud computing (e.g. GCP, AWS, etc) is an advantage;
- Analytical projects is an advantage;
- Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
