- Assist with the detection, processing and booking of corporate action events for equity and bond products
- Understand the market specification on corporate action events across APAC
- Collect elections from trading desks and clients on various voluntary events.
- Control over the quality and completeness of the recorded data.
- Analyse and regularize reported discrepancies.
- Assist traders on their specific requests with effective and innovative solutions.
- Assist with client reporting and client queries related to events.
- Streamline different workflows through automation and process review with global CA teams.
- Contribute to defining specifications and performing UAT for new information systems.
- Write down/ update procedures linked to sensitive processes and controls.
- React in a timely manner to incidents and develop action plan for the long term.
- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred.
- Have excellent communication skills – these are required to work with various partners (traders, sales, other middle office, clients, IT teams, Back office and custodian)
